Appeals
If you are unsuccessful in securing a place for your child, you have the right to appeal that decision. All admissions appeals (including in-year admissions appeals) for St Martin's School are managed by the Statutory Appeal Team at Essex County Council.
An online form and other relevant information, is available to you via this link. Key dates are as follows:

| 1 March 2024 | National Offer Day - parents informed of outcome of application |
| 15 April 2024 | Deadline for submitting appeals |
| Up to 18 June 2024 | Appeals heard for those submitted by the deadline |
| Up to 23 July 2024 | Appeals heard where possible, for late appeals (last day of term: 23 July 2024) |
| September 2024 onwards | Appeals heard for any appeals not heard before 23 July 2024 |
